Each cabin is precut for delivery. This process takes the Amish approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Your order begins with a 25% deposit to begin the milling of your logs.

Cancellation Policy: Your order has been custom designed per your specifications. Therefore, if for any reason you should need to cancel your order, 25% of your total is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

Deposits can be made by wire transfer or check. Call for other financing options. An invoice will be provided to you via internet or fax.

When your cabin kit is packed and completed, we will call you to make arrangements for delivery or pickup. The balance of your purchase price is due when your kit is ready for shipping. Once your final payment is received by wire transfer or cleared check, your cabin kit will be shipped out within 72 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Off-loading your cabin kit is the responsibility of the BUYER.

Also, we will deliver to the nearest hard-surface road. After that, it's up to the discretion of the driver.
